This is a higher quality double flood light.It has all the parts necessary for installation, including a small tube of sealant for waterproofing.The price is higher than the brands sold at the big box stores, although Home Depot was listed as carrying the product.They did not have it and probably prefer the cheaper brands for turnover of inventory.I ended up buying another of the same, just for good quality and workmanship. This is a better fixture in my opinion, and I have installed several for myself, family, and friends. Other specialty electrical supply houses did not carry the product, so it was easier to get it through the internet.My wife really appreciates the added lighting to our patio.
