I bought this modern pendant light to go over a kitchen sink. It's perfect because it ONLY lights up the sink, not that entire end of the kitchen. The light is clear and bright but so concentrated that it can be used as a night light. I am switching all my lighting to LED's and this one is my favorite so far.
