I bought three of these lights about a month ago.I bought them "open box" from a store that was going out of business. They said all the parts were there; but you got it... parts were missing (not Quoizel's fault).I contacted Quoizel and in a few days I had the parts that I needed at no charge!!!Installation of these ceiling fixtures is straight forward, very easy if you follow the instructions provided.Most importantly, They DO NOT look cheap!!! A great do it yourself home improvement, no special tools required, stylish and reasonably priced, a great leap forward from the builder's fixtures.
