Product was advertized as being new. Upon receiving it we found that it was used. Product was scratched and the bulb did not function. Actually found lawn grass on the surfaces. I gave it a one star by mistake, it should have been NO STARS.Actually the product seems to be fine we have quite a few in use. It was the company that we purchased the final one from that is in the wrong!
