I purchased 2 of these pendant lights during the course of a major kitchen renovation. Had them installed by an Electrician and I was present during the installation. Immediately had problems with both lights maintaining electrical contact and sought out a tech rep from Access Lighting. The tech rep suggested we had goofed the installation and suggested we do A,B and C then reinstall. I contacted Access again the next day after following their instructions and still having problems with the lights. Access said they believe we didn't install properly but if we shipped the lights to them ( at my own expense ) they would inspect them. 10 days after Access had received the lights I contacted them for the status of my lights. At this point I got a fair dose of run around, broken promises and poor attitude. After several more calls to Access it turns out there were electrical problems with both lights which Access repaired and then returned to me.There was no apology for my inconvenience or offer to reimburse me for my additional shipping. I would assume that if I purchased 2 of these lights and had problems with both of them that I will not be the only buyer to receive defective pendant lights.
