GE 10233 Halogen Under Cabinet 3-Light Linkable Fixture, 18-Inch Review

I purchased this at a local home improvement store and installed it under the shelves above my desk.I can't recommend it for two reasons.Within the first few hours of use one of the bulbs started flickering and continued to flicker after I tried reseating it and moving it to another socket. An extra bulb is not included.The second problem is the poor mounting system.There are two slots on the fixture and two screws with rubber grommets.You position the fixture over the larger part of the slot and slid it towards the narrow part.The problem is the orientation of the slot allows the force of using the on/off switch to push the fixture towards the large opening of the slot, and the fixture falls off the screws.Unlike other fixtures the narrow section is only on one side of the large section, so there is no left or right locking option.And there is no way to access the screw heads to tighten the fixture once when it's mounted.I noticed the potential problem as I was mounting the fixture and find it hard to believe that someone in GE did not.
