I recieved my order today and 2 parts of my lamp are missing. The decorative trim ring (M) and the support ring (N). Both these parts are vital to the lamp's appearance and operation. I do NOT want to return - just want the balance of my lamp parts! UPDATE - they were unable to send just the missing parts so we had to bundle up the whole thing and prepare for UPS to pick it up. Never again!
