As a frequent DIY'er, I have a lot of experience installing hard wired lighting, outlets, and other fixtures.I found these installation instructions worse than that of Ikea furniture!The instructions suggest one puts it all together in an order that would prevent connection of wiring.Worse, when we turned on the light, it flashes non-stop like a strobe light.There is absolutely no troubleshooting information in the packaged materials, nor on the manufacturer's web site.We disconnected the wires and reconnected again.It is useless.Not only will we return this fixture (which replaced one that was more than 25 years old that worked, but was just ugly), but I will not purchase another product by this company with it's poor quality product and zero consumer support.Click Here to see more reviews about: Progress Lighting P5509-20 Greenridge LED Transitional Outdoor Hanging Lantern with Water Seeded Glass, Antique Bronze
