simple but reasonably well made and very nice exterior coating; nice yellow-ish glow from the glass shadeupdate:this is a solid light but it used to be at a reasonable price of $65.the 60% increase to over $100 in a slow economy is hard to justify and should cause you to consider low priced designer lights
