It's a fine fixture but you can't use the 50 watt halogen bulbs in the 3 swing arms because there is insufficient clearance between the bulb and the housing to remove the bulb.Switching to narrower 35 watt halogen bulbs solves the problem, and the light works well for both ambient and task lighting over the kitchen table.
